Paint your own replica Delftware tile

Inspired by the Delftware Kilns along the banks of the Thames.

Join the crew from the Museum of London Archaeology on board the Golden Hinde and set sail into the secrets of Bankside’s Delftware Pottery Industry. During this short, family-friendly, event you will:

• Get hands on with real archaeological artefacts
• Solve the mystery of the lost Delftware design
• Have a go at painting your own replica

The event also includes the chance to explore this iconic 16th Century ship and chat to experts from both the Museum and Golden Hinde.

Activity best suited for children aged 7-11 | Adult supervision required at all times whilst on board.

Each session lasts one hour. Two sessions available: 1-2pm, and 2.30-3.30pm
