Easter Baking Workshop

Join Bread Ahead for this half day Easter Workshop where you’ll prepare some tasty treats –  traditional Hot Cross Buns as well as Swedish Semlor Buns, perfect your enriched dough making skills with us!

First you’ll learn to make our very own Bread Ahead hot cross buns – these will be both fluffy and mouth-watering with a generous helping of spices and citrus! They are perfect served warm with melting butter.

Semlor Buns are a traditional bake enjoyed on the first day of Lent, cardamom infused enriched buns filled with almond frangipane and a generous amount of whipped cream. In this half day workshop we’ll be celebrating the full spectrum of Easter bakes as well as perfecting your skills with enriched doughs.
