We only produce hot cross buns for one month in the lead up to Easter, these are wonderful freshly baked, so join Bread Ahead online and learn how to create them yourself at home.
We’ll be baking traditional Bread Ahead hot cross buns studded with mixed peel, fruit and spices. By the end of this workshop you’ll have developed your enriched dough making skills, the perfect shaping of rolls and some piping techniques for good measure, not to mention a fresh batch of delectable hot cross buns.
