Mulled Drink Tasting at The Rake

Mulled drinks in all their forms were a popular choice to stay warm on the ice during the Frost Fairs. Join The Rake as they take you on an exploration of all things mulled with a guided tasting through three traditional, forgotten mulled drinks including Germanic Gluhkriek, Scandinavian Glugg and English Lambswool.

This event is part of the Frost Fair which Better Bankside is running across December and January. Frost Fair is a homage to the area’s unique history, celebrating the characters and fascinating stories from past winters in the Southwark borough.
