Spring is in the air and to mark the change in seasons, Brindisa are launching their new menu today bursting with lighter, fresher flavours.

You’ll still find all our classic favourite tapas alongside new dishes such as:

Arroz Meloso, a creamy rice with spring peas, asparagus and ajillo

Tabla de conservas, a selection of artisan cured fish, olive oil toast, Herpac smoked sardines, Nardin boquerones, air dried mojama, Ortiz tuna ventresca, pear, mint & onion salad

Ensalada de temporada, spring green salad with a moscatel dressing

Ensalada de bacalao with salt cod, blood orange, sour cream, orange blossom honey and mixed leaves

For dessert, why not try Milhojas a gorgeous combination of puff pastry, custard & vanilla cream, flaked almonds and orange zest
