Join The Old Operating Theatre at The Golden Hinde on 14th August to learn about the history of medicine. The Old Operating Theatre is the oldest surviving surgical theatre in Europe, housed in the attic of the early 18th century church of the old St Thomas’ Hospital. They will be bringing along some of their historic objects for a drop in handling session and to talk about medical history.
