Our re-imagined Frost Fair celebrates some of the traditional and not so traditional activities, food and drink of the time…
The Frost Fair was a time of craft-making and the selling of handmade wares. Join local makers and creators Make Your Own at their purpose-built studio, minutes away from the Frost Fair festivities on Red Cross Way, to take time out to discover your crafty side and experience embroidery classes, terracotta planter pottery, water colour painting, or lino print your own tote bag. Booking is required below:
Friday 26 January:
3pm-5pm: Make Your Own Water Colour Painting
6.30pm-9pm: Make Your Own Hand cut vinyl t-shirt, tote bag or baby grow design workshop
Saturday 27 January:
2.30pm-5pm: Make Your Own – Lino printing workshop – We list two class options – A4 prints or on fabric tote bags/tea towels.
Sunday 28 January:
11am-1.30pm: Make Your Own Terracotta planters pottery workshop – elephant themed pot
2.30pm-5pm: Make Your Own – Embroidery workshop
