Fridays in London are cheaper! Last month, TFL extended their off peak fares so you can jump on public transport at a reduced cost. This is a new initiative encouraging travel in the city on Fridays with off-peak fares all day, every Friday across Transport for London. It applies to all pay as you go single fares on the Tube, DLR, London Overground, Elizabeth line and some National Rail journeys. The scheme is currently scheduled for a three-month-long trial from 8 March to 31 May, exclusively on Friday. Many businesses throughout the capital are supporting the scheme with their own special offers and events.
